Objective

Dao42 aims to be a repository of information about DAOs. This will include topics ranging from the rationale behind this way of coordination, to more practical information, like how to start one, or which tools can be helpful to run them.

What are DAOs?

A decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), is an organization represented by rules encoded as a computer program that is transparent, controlled by the organization members and not influenced by a central entity. A DAO's transaction record and rules are maintained on a blockchain.
